Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Please be respectful of the work as it is vital to many of our clients in managing chronic or acute pain. If you neglect to communicate a cancelation and do not show up-it means someone sits and suffers that could have been helped during that hour.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They face challenges being rebooked for a period of time.

Arrivals/Appointment Time
Your scheduled appointment time is considered the start of your treatment. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time so we can try to get you in and prepped onto the table to begin working on you.  Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. We do not want to shorten your treatment, but arriving late may take away time from your session.
